Polar or Non-Polar?

Methanol (CH₃OH) is a polar molecule. This moleucle is polar because there isn't an even distribution of electrons on both sides on the molecule, one side is more negative than the other. If the molecule were to have the same number of electrons on both sides, it would be non-polar.
